I will NOT, under any circumstances, share or sell your information to anyone for any reason. I keep all of my customers information private!
Each of my items is ensured authentic and I create my handmade items as durable as possible.
My business is conducted from my home and it is smoke-free and cat friendly. If there is an issue with this, please do not purchase.
I protect my products as best I can and they are kept in cabinets to protect them from dust.
Some of my products are made with images or patterns available on the internet. Any crochet pattern that is used, will NOT be disclosed and I have permission to sell the product created from it. I do not claim any image used from the internet. It is the sole property of the original artist/company. I do not claim any ownership
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
I package all of my orders to be safe and secure in transit to your doorstep. I use plastic cellophane bags or ziplock bags and then place your items in bubblewrap shipping envelopes or in boxes to ensure nothing is harmed in shipping.
Loose kawaii stationery is placed in sturdy envelopes or wrapped with flat pieces of cardboard to ensure that they will not get bent.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package being sent. I calculate as close to my cost as possible with shipping supply cost calculated.
SALES TAX POLICY
5% sales tax is charged for Virginia residents
